Join volunteers to help this woodland to thrive.
Interested in learning about woodland management?
Want to get out into the fresh air in pleasant surroundings and contribute to the community, improve the wood and encourage wildlife?
Then why not join Greening Wymondham and the Norwich Fringe Project at one of our woodland management days at Kett’s Park Wood. There will be tasks for all abilities and the chance to gain some woodland management skills.
We meet one Tuesday each month between October and March, starting at 9.30am and generally finishing by 3pm. However, there is no expectation to stay for the full session; any time will be gratefully received.
The dates for 2023/24 are as follows:

All you need to bring is a pair of gloves and wear sturdy shoes/boots. We meet at the at the start of the woodland path. If you are coming by car there is parking in the Community Centre car park off Harts Farm Road.
Refreshments at 11:00am. Bring yourself, your lunch, a pair of gloves and sturdy boots!
