Come along to to find out what support is available, chat with others who are living with dementia and share a cuppa in a relaxed setting with friendly teams of professionals that are here to help including Admiral Nurse support, Alzheimer’s Society representative and specialist nurses within the dementia field from the NNUH.
Our 2024 dates are below, with next first group being Friday 5th April 10-12 at The Big C Centre, NNUH. Free refreshments available.
