South Norfolk Radio Needs Your Support!

SNR is a Community Interest Company run entirely by volunteers and is funded by volunteer membership fees and donations. We are actively encouraging sponsorships but receive a minimal amount of money from advertising, and we need more than we currently receive.

It costs around £12,000 per year to run the station. This covers our license, music copyright fees, administrative and transmission costs. This does not include maintenance or purchase of equipment.

We are looking for new advertisers and sponsors, but times are very hard and attracting advertising is proving difficult. However your support could make a significant difference to our future service. All the money raised will be used to enable us to continue to broadcast and support local causes through publicising them on air and attending outside events through the year.

You can support us of course by becoming an active participant and paying a monthly membership, although you certainly aren’t under any obligation to sit behind a microphone and talk as there are a million and one other tasks that go towards making the radio station tick – you could be sitting at home updating this website for example!

If you feel you can help us financially with even the smallest donation, then we have made donating to our cause as easy as possible with our GoFundMe page here

You donation will help us to stay on the air, serving all the communities of South Norfolk.

Lastly, a big ‘Thank You’.
