The programme is entitled “Night and Day” and will feature a mix of glorious new compositions (featuring – among others – the sublime music of Dan Forrest and Elaine Hagenberg) and popular
music from across the decades, including a sprinkle of great songs from stage and screen – from our title song by Cole Porter to Enya (May it Be’ from Lord of the Rings); a splash of Hot Gospel (All
Night All Day), a dash of Funk (Bill Withers’ Lovely Day) and the gloriously sunny ELO classic Mr Blue Sky, to mention just a few. All in the informal and comfortable setting of Hethersett Methodist Church with its lovely acoustics.
Music Director is Justin Brindley and accompanist Tom Hilton.
Tickets cost £10 (including free refreshments) and are available from The Hethersett Butchers on Great Melton Road.
They can also be purchased from choir members and at the door.
