Calling all budding archaeologists, have you heard the news? We’re so excited to share that Digging Dereham is back and bigger than ever!

Once again, we’re taking part in this year’s Festival of Archaeology here at Bishop Bonner’s Cottage Museum! ‘Digging Dereham: Super Saxons!’ is an archaeological adventure inspired by Dereham’s rich Anglo-Saxon heritage, featuring:

 Object Handling
Mini Excavations
Saxon-inspired Crafts
Treasure Hunt

No need to book, just drop in! Suitable for ages 5+ (under 16s MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian).
