The 250th and FINAL Edition of Simon’s Eurovision Show on SNR

This weekly radio show and podcast had celebrated the music of Eurovision past and present for five years. But sadly, all good things must come to an end and the 250th and final edition aired here on SNR on Friday 3rd May.”Yes, as we draw this year’s look at all the songs in contention to a close and bring you the results of our 2024 Eurovision fan poll, I’m having to bring down the final curtain on the Eurovision Show ” says Simon.

“We’re sorry that Simon is giving up his popular show” said SNR Director (and Eurovision fan) David Mann, “but we’re happy that we’ve been a part of Simon’s Eurovision family and wish him all the best with his new challenges that lie ahead.”

The show had paid homage, not just to the annual winners and some of the more famous entries, but to other lesser known songs from throughout Eurovisions six decade history too.There’s also been regular news from the Song Contest World, plus new music from, and interviews with, past Eurovision artists! The show was designed to sate the appetite of existing fans and to entice a new generation of interest.
