Kate’s Farewell ‘Kicking it Back Show’

Kate Roome presented ‘Kate’s Kicking It Back Show’ for the final time on Tuesday August 9th  on South Norfolk Radio, the show that took you back to the 90’s and early 2000’s.

“I’ve loved being here each week to fill you with nostalgia, make you smile and to bring back some great memories too” says Kate. “But all good things must come to an end, and the various pressures of life mean that I don’t have sufficient time to devote to the programme any longer. I’ve had great support from everyone here at South Norfolk Radio and I hope you’ve enjoyed listening to the shows as much as I’ve enjoyed putting them together and presenting them.”

“We’re very sad that Kate is leaving us” says South Norfolk Radio’s Station Manager Anthony Woods. “She’s built a loyal following of listeners, but of course we wish her the very best of luck for the challenges ahead and let’s hope that she might be able to return to the SNR airwaves at some time in the future.”
