South Norfolk Radio presenter Johnnie Dalton has ‘hung up his headphones’ and presented the final edition of his show Music Forever, Forever Music on Tuesday 27th September.

“I have to say goodbye to South North Radio” says Johhnie. “It has been a difficult decision but in the end, with the pressures of travelling to the studio from across the county and with my other commitments, unfortunately there is no other real option.”
“It’s been a fantastic time and I’ve made some great friends. And of course I would like to say a big thank you to all who have listened to my shows over the past year or so – I truly thank you all for your support.”
“On the last show, I played some of the best songs ever released and I’m pleased to say that Midweek Mixtape presenter Nigel Thorpe was able to join me – a friend and a true gentleman” says Johnnie.
“We’re very sorry to see Johnnie go” says South Norfolk Radio Station Manager Anthony Woods “but we wish him all the best for a future in which he’ll perhaps have a little more time for writing his original poetry, something that’s very close to his heart.”
Johnnie’s Music Forever Forever Music page on Facebook has now closed, but many of his shows, including the final one, will remain available to ‘listen to again’ on South Norfolk Radio’s own Mixcloud channel here https://www.mixcloud.com/snradiouk/
