The East Norfolk Operatic Society present ‘Oklahoma!’ at The Maddermarket Theatre, Norwich from Wednesday 8th May 2024 to Saturday 11th May 2024.
Music By Richard Rodgers. Book and Lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II.
Based on the play ‘Green Grow the Lilacs’ by Lynn Riggs. Original choreography by Agnes De Mille.
The groundbreaking musical that set the stage for all that followed! Rodgers & Hammerstein’s exuberant classic is a lively, tuneful musical full of cowboys, farmers, romance and fearless optimism.
This amateur production of OKLAHOMA! is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals Ltd. on behalf of The Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization. www.concordtheatricals.co.uk
Performances are at 7.30 pm each evening to Saturday with a matinee show on Saturday 7th May at 2.30 pm.
